About Rosemarie
Rosemarie is an experienced mediator, a collaborative lawyer and a specialist Family Law Barrister, joining the independent Bar in 2025. A member of Albert Park Chambers, she accepts instructions (including direct instructions) in Relationship Property, Care of Children, Protection orders, Dissolution and most areas of Family Law.
Rosemarie has been an accredited mediator since 2006 in both Australia and New Zealand, mediating a wide area of law in private mediation work. Rosemarie is experienced as a mediator in the following types of disputes:

Rosemarie is an accredited FDR mediator.
Rosemarie has been a Chartered Accountant for more than 30 years, a mediator for 18 years and was admitted to the bar in 2022. Rosemarie often presents at conferences in the subject of mediation and is a co-trainer in collaborative law. Rosemarie is a member of the Family Law Section.
